1. OSLIS has created a list of Frequently Asked Questions, which is very likely to answer some of your current and future questions about the OSLIS site.

2. If your question is not answered by the FAQs, please send an email to the OSLIS webmaster, with the following information:
• List the URL of the page where the issue occurs.
• Specify the problem in the Subject of your email.
• Describe the problem in detail in the body of your email.
• Include your operating system, your web browser and your browser version.
• Outline the steps you took, so we can reproduce the problem and resolve it in a timely fashion.
• Please specify whether your browser accepts pop-ups from the OSLIS website.

For database- and EBSCO-related questions

1. For EBSCO user names and passwords, as well as questions related to the content of the EBSCO databases, please contact Patty Sorensen.


2. For EBSCO database connection and other technical problems, please contact EBSCO support through the Ask Us service or at http://support.epnet.com/contact/index.php. Your questions will be answered promptly.
